Signal Layer is a consulting practice. Our team includes the people who founded Immensity — an AI company built around decision intelligence: data pipelines, machine-learning models, and the infrastructure that turns both into decisions people actually make. Immensity builds production systems, not prototypes, and has done so across industries from financial services to entertainment.
The two work together by design. Signal Layer handles the consulting: the strategy session, the plan, the engagement itself. When the work calls for engineering — a reporting build, a CRM integration, an automation layer — it runs through the team at Immensity, on systems and tooling they've already built, tested, and shipped in production. Client work rarely starts from a blank page.
